The rules of the game
1. Agreeing to these terms
By adding Big Frank to a Discord server, or by signing in to the Big Frank website, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. You must also follow Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you don't agree, please don't use Big Frank.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age to use Discord in your country if that is higher. Server admins are responsible for adding Big Frank only to servers where these terms can be followed.
3. Frank Coins
- Frank Coins are a virtual play currency with no real-world value.
- They cannot be bought with real money, and they cannot be sold, cashed out, or traded for money, goods or anything of value outside Big Frank. Trying to sell coins, cards or accounts for real money is not allowed.
- Coins, cards, homes, cars and other items are a licence to use them inside Big Frank. They are not your property, and they can be changed, rebalanced or reset (for example at the start of a new season).
4. The games are simulated
The casino, sports book, dog track, lottery, prediction bets and other games use Frank Coins only. They are simulated games for entertainment, not real gambling: you can never win or lose real money. Your member stock is a game score driven by activity; it is not a real security or investment.
5. Play fair
Don't:
- use bots, scripts, alt accounts or idle tricks to fake activity or farm coins;
- exploit bugs instead of reporting them;
- harass other members, or upload pictures you don't have the right to use, or that show anyone without their permission;
- try to break, overload or get around the security of the bot or the website.
Server admins and we may reset stats, remove items or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
6. What you upload
You keep the rights to card pictures and other things you upload. You give us permission to store and show them to your server's members so Big Frank can work. Only upload what you have the right to share. We may remove anything that breaks these terms or Discord's rules.
7. Servers and admins
A server admin can remove Big Frank at any time. After removal, the server's data is kept for 30 days and then deleted, as described in the privacy policy. Admins are responsible for how they set Big Frank up in their server.
8. Changes and availability
Big Frank is provided "as is". We work to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and features may change. We may update these terms; if we make an important change we will update the date above and say so on the website.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losing coins, items or progress inside the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be limited.
